Great drinks start with great ingredients. That’s why we created Fitz’s Quality Mixers — a collection of premium tonic waters and club soda crafted to elevate every pour, whether you're building a classic cocktail, experimenting with something new, or simply enjoying a refreshing drink on its own.
Produced in small batches and bottled on our vintage bottling line in St. Louis, Fitz’s Mixers are made with the same commitment to quality that has defined the Fitz’s name for decades.
Our range includes Tonic Water, Tonic Water Zero, and Club Soda, each carefully developed to deliver a clean, crisp profile and the perfect level of carbonation.
Unlike many mixers packaged in single-use cans or plastic bottles, Fitz’s Quality Mixers are presented in our custom 9.3 oz glass bottles. The smaller format helps preserve freshness, provides the ideal mixer-to-spirit ratio, and ensures every drink is served as intended. Whether you're mixing a single Gin & Tonic, a Vodka Soda or a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage, there's no wasted mixer and no flat leftovers.

OUR MIXERS
TONIC WATER
Fitz's Tonic Water features natural quinine with flavors of fresh lemon, lime, and bitter orange. Lightly sweetened with pure cane sugar.
TONIC WATER ZERO
Fitz's Tonic Water Zero features the same crisp, refreshing taste as our regular Tonic Water without the calories.
CLUB SODA
Fitz's Club Soda is crafted with triple-filtered water, sea salt, and the right amount of effervescence. Produced in small batches on our vintage bottling line in St. Louis, it's a refreshing, zero-calorie staple.

There's nothing more St. Louis than two local brands collaborating to make something great.
We always envisioned launching our St. Louis made Fitz’s mixers with a local gin brand. After working with the 4 Hands crew to create a City Wide citrus soda earlier this year, it became clear that 1220 Origin Gin by 4 Hands was a no brainer.
Not only is the pairing downright delicious, but the 1220 team was the cherry on top!
And so was born the So St. Louis G&T.
